Custom Edition Trucker Cap - Khaki/White

Our ‘Custom Edition’ caps are individually embroidered with a word or number of your choice (e.g., a nickname, date, reg. number), making each one uniquely yours.

Add your custom touch and we’ll take care of the rest. Each cap is made to order: your artwork is digitised and embroidered during production for a one-of-a-kind finish.

We’ll stitch it up in 10 working days, then ship it straight to your door.

This edition is built on our classic 6-panel trucker design, featuring:

• A khaki and white two-tone trucker cap
• Custom text in white, finished matching khaki Cool Flo logo embroidery
• Embroidery width: approx. 4.1"–5" (varies with custom text length)
• Cool Flo loop tag on the side
• 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester. Mesh: 100% Polyester
• Snap-tab adjuster at the back for a perfect fit

• Maximum 14 characters (including spaces & symbols)
• Emojis or icons (such as ❤️) aren't supported and won't be included in the embroidery
• ALL CAPS only
• Text will be embroidered exactly as entered - please check spelling and spacing carefully
• Once your order is placed, it’s locked in

• Each cap is made to order, so give us up to 10 working days to stitch it up and ship it out.
• Cap colour and embroidery thread can’t be changed.
• Discount codes don’t apply to custom gear.
