These Terms and Conditions will apply between you and Cool Flo Clothing Co. Limited, when you purchase an item from www.coolflo.co.uk. Please read them carefully as your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance of these T&Cs. From time to time we may amend our Terms and Conditions – it is therefore your responsibility to check for any changes upon use of the Cool Flo Clothing Co. Ltd site.

General Terms
Your contract for purchases made through www.coolflo.co.uk is with Cool Flo Clothing Co. Limited and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
You must be eighteen years old or above to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the site.

You warrant that all details you provide to www.coolflo.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an incorrect or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the Action Fraud or the police.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a method of communicating with you.
Cool Flo Clothing Co. Ltd reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:
•    you fail to make payment to us when due.
•    you breach any of our terms and conditions.
•    when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity.
•    we suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on www.coolflo.co.uk

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. 
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: 
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are correct, there could be slight variation in colour representation on the website due to computer hardware/software at the user end.
